§About

The world is repricing India. This is where that conversation happens.

India is the world's fourth-largest economy at roughly $4.5 trillion of GDP, on a stated path toward a $10T+ economy as the real benchmark for developed-nation status by 2047. The government's own Viksit Bharat 2047 roadmap targets a $30–40 trillion economy and per-capita income of $15,000–21,000.

The near-term numbers already lead the field: FY 2025–26 GDP growth of ~7.7% — the fastest among major economies — with manufacturing's share of GDP targeted to reach 25% and the industrial sector 34%, as India positions to become the third-largest economy globally by 2030.

The structural tailwind is bigger than any single policy: the world is mid-way through an industrial reset — AI integration, supply-chain diversification, China+1 — and India is a primary beneficiary, not a side bet.

The repricing of India isn't a quarter's story — it's a 20-year re-rating. Thread on what FY26's ~7.7% print means for the 2047 base case. 🧵

China+1 is not a hedge anymore. It's an allocation. The question is no longer whether to be in India — it's through which vehicle.
